Malfunctioning of ADTV

I have paid Rs.3420/- to Asianet Satellite Communication Ltd on 18.08.2010 for subscribing to their ADTV facility for 21 months. However, on 18.08.2011 the faclity was taken away 9 months ahead. the matter has been reported to Omallur office and they are demanding additional money. The set top bos is ok as two channels are functioning. Subscriber code is CB00040081 and MAC No. is001E6B5BCC2B.
