This is to inform you that I have already discontinued the BIG TV service due pathetic service provided by the company.
I had registered a complaint on 29th of Nov-10 and there was no response from BIG TV side even after a week. I must have made at least 10 calls to the customer care asking for a service person to visit my place. Neither I got a proper reply from them nor could they give contact details of ISP. Even they have not given the contact details of the BIG TV employee of Karnataka region. The response of their customer care executives is pathetic. They are irresponsible and don’t know how to communicate. Every time when I call them they put me in hold for more than 10 mnts and finally disconnect without any notice. This is not my first time experience with BIG TV. I had very bad experiences earlier too. I anticipated they will improve, but now they have proved once again that they will not change and they don’t want to change.
I have never experienced such a worst service in my life. It was never expected from a company of Reliance repute. I had a good impression about the company, but now I know this company has got the worst service network. One thing I could learn from my experience that this company is not having any system and they don’t have any control over their ISP. Their employees don’t have any direction how to handle customer. Even the ISP person used to curse ther company. In my life I will never ever recommend BIG TV service from this company to anybody known to me. They had given me that much mental torture. Tese people are good only in taking money from the customer and never bothered to give a good service.
I strongly suggest please dont take or recommend BIG TV service to any body. If you do so you are inviting troubles and you will never have peace of mind and you will be forced to shift to another service.
