I have purchased 3 nos.of cash card of Rs.100 total of Rs.300, when i am going for recharge through mobile their is only one card is active and rest two is temporarily inactive the serial no. of the cards 8034740738 & 8034740739, after talking with Big Tv customer care they replied that I have to wait for further 24 hour to recharge or buy new cards again, my question is

Why do I buy new cards to restore the connection? or why do I wait for 24 hours to recharge?

Who is responsible for this inconveneyence?
