No proper chennals conectivity

I have purchased on 02-05 and get installed on 03-05, activated on 04-05. but No proper chennals are comming i.e. disconnecting and comming. For contact tried on 1800 200 9001 - always busy, service persons mobile not lifting.

There is no curtasy to check their new conction is working are not.
