I got connection of MyWay IPTV from BSNL on 10th of Oct. They disconnected my connection on 28th oct. But it was supposed to be one month free subscription. The reason when I enquired to the customer care I got to know that they have by mistake entered mode of payment as cheque but i had paid in cash. The customare care person told me that the person who received cash from me had submitted a cheque instead of cash which bounced. Everytime when i call to customer care they say wait for 24 hours to resolve the issue. And it is now 5 days over for the same. I suspect the person who accepted the cash from me has cheated because I am trying to call him. He is not receiving my call. Even i called from different mobile numbers he recognize my voice and disconnect it. Even i messaged him to receive my call or i will have to go to police station he has not responded yet. I am helpless now. I dont know what legal action i can take. Please suggest me the legal procedure.
