Voise not clear/ disturbance in voice

I made a complaing about my Videocon DVD, I bought a DVD on 8th December and from that day the voice is not clear some unexpected sound is coming from my TV. I made a complaint on 12th of December and made several calls till now. But today is 20th December and no one come from Videocon to attend my problem. I am still waiting.
