Illegal broadcast of pay channels

In my area cas is in implementation and hence as per the orders of honourable supreme court of india no pay channels should be transmitted through general cable tv.

one more thing is that pirated movies are also shown on their private channel which is also illegal

my service provider is channel9 and I live in Khanpur/Devli area.

they also play music without authorization from the music industry

I request you to kindly look into this matter.
