1. My package indicated Rs. 250 cashback, which was supposed to be credited to my account. But my online account still shows the balance as Rs. 0 even after around 2 months.
2. Games, iTV and Airtel Movies channels are part of my package but I am not able to watch them.
3. Besides these issues, some of the channels are coming bad. Few of such channels are: WB, MGM, AXN and FTV. No action has been taken by Airtel even after repeated follow-ups.
