I had bought Dish TV connection almost a year back. It turned out to be complete disaster. It lost it signals because of wind. i made a call to their call centre and put a request to get it up. I was advised that it would cost 170 Rs and they would send an engineer to reinstall the disk.i waited for two days but there was no responce and they kept promising me that engineer would come. After a week they gave me the number of the local guy who again made false promises and never turned up. My dad called and spoke to this guy and to my surprise he started abusing him. I lost all trust and realised that this is one of those companies who only believe in hiring big star to sell product but has no interest in serving existing clients.i got my connection done through local cable walla who is much helpful. Dish TV instrument is lying at my place and it was a complete waste of money. i request to take an action against this fraud company and arrange a refund of my money. Dish TV sucks.
