My VC no. for Platinum pack dish-tv connection is 01510147541 & my mobile no. is 8018446811.
One channel "TEN SPORTS" is not coming in my above platinum pack connection, whereas the same channel is including in Platinum pack. Now India vs West Indies match is going on. But I can not avail the same channel in my connection, even I regularly dposit my dues.
So I am requesting you, please look into this matter & solve my problem, so that I can avail the match.
