I ma a dish tv custemer since July and my VC NO-01501384679. Since than dish tv changed his set top box softwaer and many updates are coming and every time I have to visit the dealer for up date by paying Rs-250/- and it has become the routine task of dish tv. I am responsible for only hardware if it is damaged due to to any reason not for any software change as it the responsibility of dish tv.
Now my set top box software is due for update and reply from dish tv is –“ please visit our service center for set to set update” dish tv service centre is 100 km away one side from my home,
My request is that my software is to be upgraded through satelite as it was done earlier free of cost as it the duty of dish tvnot of a customer.
