Cable not working for atleadt 10 hrs a day

Dear Concerned

I am using Fastway Setup Box (CISCO) from last 3 months in sector 32, Ludhiana.

I have observed that for most of the time either there is no signal or Initializing prompt on screen. On complaing to local service provider and Fastway Helpline (9217092170), they always confirm that it will be done in next 4-6 hours.

Every now and then it happens and there is no one taking our concern on serious note.

I have spent 1500 on Setup box and wire for installation but it is all good for nothing.

Would request to intervene and do the needful.
