I have submitted my Dish TV setup box to the following dealer

In today (31-08) morning I called dealer and ask for problem He said that software project and will cost Rs. 250 for repair and installatio. I said ok please do that.
When I againg call in evening he told me that if you want your setup Box give me Rs. 250 and take it from shop. If you want to be installed at your home then it will charge Rs. 400.
This dealer is cheater. I am sure he cheated many customers, because whenever I go to his shop there are always customer complaint. Please take action against him.
