Sub: My Airtel ID No.3001524046

Dear Sir,

With reference to above, I have registered my request vide your last one weak back. on 03.03.2012 after 24 hours there is no service prodived by you. Hence it is higly objectionable.

Finally I request you to please attend my request/complaint, I will look for other digital TV treating your services are poor.

I had once again called up the customer care center to lodge my complaint and collect my mobile no. 9448363502 but did not call any body from your side. They registerred the same and promised to get back to me. This did not happen. Once again I had reached the customer care and asked for the status. They connected me with the higher up in call center.

The manager said that they had talked to Airtel Local person and due to the cable operator goonda-giri they cannot do anything about the matter. I was reccomened that I seek disconnection of service. This by airtel DTH customer care itself!!!
