Breach of Trust and False promises while giving the offe

I cancelled my membership with 70MM since the promise that the movies would be delivered to my residence was not fulfilled.

In fact i was the one who had told 70 MM executive that your services are only restricted to mumbai.

Still in order to sale the membership, wrong and misleading promises were made to me that the movies will be delivered at dombivli.

After cancelling the membership

It has already been more than 60 days i had asked for cancellation of membership.

I have yet to receive the cheque. It was promised that it would be delivered in 7 days.

While taking the scheme all sorts of promises were made that it will be delivered at dombivli.

However even complaining about this prior nothing has been done.

Now 70 MM team is not even having the courtesy to pick up my call.

This is truly unprofessional and SICK mentality of 70 MM guys.

Even the floor manager of mumbai paresh does have the courtesy of replying to the mails. Really sick. With such staff and managers i wonder how come 70 MM has not closed down.
