MYWAY BSNL IPTV
Payment taken & not submitted by sales team of MYWAY IPTV

Dear sir

As i have purchased IP TV Services from MYWAY on 9th august and paid Rs 1250 Cash to Mr (Jitendra of Sales), . My services worked fine for 2 days and stopped as there were not enough balances.

I called to customer care and said about the problem they solved it within 24 hrs and my services started. But again after 6 day on Monday 16th Augusts my services were suspended.

i was told that this is because of non payment i was surprised to hear that as i had given the cash to Jitendra of sales.

Then i talked to Mr Devender (city head) and told about the situation, he made a conference call between jitendra me and him, mr jitendra agrees in the conference that he did not deposited any amount related to me and further he says that he will resolve the problem by depositing the amount.

Since then i had been calling to Customer Care daily 3 to 4 times a day for progress each day i am told that next 24 hrs it will be solved. Since today 19th august the problem has not been solved again i am told that my case is escalated and seniors are looking into that matter. Today fortunately i talked to jitendra as he was not picking my phone, he told me laughing and said simple words sorry i will deposit the money today...

My p[problem is still the same (Suspension of Services)

May i please know the followings, that why i was not told that money wasn’t deposited by jitendra earlier? As i could have caught him by myself. And how could the services kept on going for five days without payment? And why after 96 HRS my account is still suspended?

After 8 days of waiting Service Still Suspended, shocking behavior

customer care says that services will be resumed in next 24 hrs and for last 192 hrs that 24 hrs are not coming! and the so called seniors and head of the MYWAY they stopped picking my phones and even one of them says that he is helpless. What kind of service is this i asked for disconnection they say the money is not refundable... MYWAY IPTV from BSNL they are... i am Stucked with nothing to do pls advise.
