Neo Sports has the rights for certain Serie A matches, an arrangement with Ten Sports carried over from last year. The timings for most Serie A matches is 12 15 am. This clashes with golf being shown live on tv, from friday to monday, some 5 hours every night. Last year Neo Sports would interrupt this telecast to make way for few of the matches. But this year Serie A has been completely ignored, and only the recorded matches are shown some 2 to 3 days down the line. If the Neo Sports officials would ask any football fan, there is no point in showing matches with that much delay, as one gets to know the score anyhow. If the officials think the audience for golf is much wider, then why buy the rights of these Serie A matches at all. They are just impeding the fans' enjoyment of these matches, which would otherwise be shown on ten sports. So either interrupt the languorous golf telecasts for some high flying Serie A action, or just stick to the aristrocrats' timepass and leave Serie A to Ten Sports.
