Not receiving any sports channel even cricket when India plays

To whom it may concern,

I am a subscriber with this cable TV operator and we are not receieving the sports, cricket whenever India plays. But all the other Cable Tv operators near our area telecast the cricket matches atleast whenever India plays, whether its a test match or a one-day.

I have been telling the lady who's coming for collecting the subscription every month to telecast the cricket matches whenever India plays. But she only answer saying that its a pay channel and need to buy a dish antenna to get that particular sports channel.

If thats the case, how can other operators near our area, say Ganesh Nagar, TNHB, NGO Colony, Adambakkam can telecast the matches for subscribers who are not using the set top box or dish antennas.

I need to get a clear solution for this case as early as possible, otherwise I may take severe actions.
