The worst service of cable connection

My customer id is 109201 with the name of mr Pabitra mohan dash. my connection has been failed from 27th may n i have put so many complain to the customer care but result is nil till today 21.06.12. if your company cant provide service then shut down your use less company . who ll pay the bill of this disturbance period? i am not going to pay a single rupee for this period. let me see what is the company policy of your company,

but ortel having punctual collection agent, what ever may be the problem we have to to pay the bill, just shame less it is not service oriented company at all,

i hope for the best, other wise i ll go to another level.
