Disconnection without notice/inflated bill

We have ortel by default as they have a tie-up with the builder. but the latter has not given points (cable) where practically possible. stretching this, ortel did not give us connection though they gave the set-top box. the wire is yet to come. sourish gupta was dealing with our society. we were using one connection and have paid regularly and have receipts also. now that he has left ortel and us in the lurch, we are being harassed unduly and unethically. no one from ortel has contacted us after april 18 when they suddenly disconnected.why are supposed to pay for a connection not supplied by the company? now sourish is not responding neither is any executive from ortel.they have also taken our airtel box, hence we cant use that also.numerous complaints have been given, but i guess money and muscle power is more powerful than educated intellectuals like us. mem id 719011
