Espectfully I bag to say that i am costumer of airtel digital TV and costumer id is 3001771458. Airtel digital TV fraud with me at 24/06 by following reason-
I call customer care officer before recharging my DTH to knowing the letest offer on my connection then costumer care officer told me about 20% cash back above inr. 200 recharge after 48 hours. I believe costumer care officer statement (Recording our conversation proof this statement) Then I recharge my connection by inr. 900.But company did not give any cash back.
I already submitted two complaint & two mail about my problem to [email protected] But there is no reply solution by company.
I have mentally stress by this fraud & stop my DTH service till further clearification and same has been stopped as well. Fraud is Fraud
So please help me for cash back regarding problem.
