I have this connection with 2 STB (one HD and othe SD) ID: 3005640605. One is in safe custody. The other with HD was charged with a new package in the beginning of the month on 02 Aug 11 with South Super Value with 119 channels @ Rs.120 pm taxes. This was done over the mobile through customer care. However, after charging I found that the package was South Value › 164 channels @ Rs.165 pm taxes.
I called up immediately to restore it to super value pack @ Rs.120 pm taxes. But this time the new chap just noted the complaint and refused to change it with an assurance that it will be changed within 24 hrs. I called up again on 03 Aug but with no result.
Even now the package is same 'South value and the daily deduction has started. My aim was to top up the HD package @ Rs 65. But now with this kind of response I wonder what I would do.
Air tel tries this smart act with delays and deducts money from the customer. Actually they are loosing the faith of the customer by trying these cheap tricks.
