This is with reference to my DTH a/c. I have experiencing very bad signal for past few months and had registered complaint with customer care. As a result, tech guy visted my place and increased signal stregth according to him, i am yet to see the effect. But the amount 100 rs has been deducted from my a/c. I am furious with AIRTEL for such a pathetic service. When fault was with DISH y i am paying for it. I have tried reaching customer care but pathetic rehsponse. I had to wait for 2 hrs and then get to talk to some stupid guy who says that my validity is expired. I know this is kind of service i can expect from AIRTEL. I am expecting a call back and amount tro be credited to my a/c. My number 91 8095476869.
I dont have to explicitly mention the next course of action which i would have to take in case i dont get any response from your end. You have experienced in the past, I would definitely publish my complaint about AIRTEL on all possible forums and make you pay compensation as well for poor reception.
As of now, i will wait for 1 day, if no response, i shall register complaint with core to start with and take it further.
Expecting a prompt response from your end. I have cced the Core centre manager in the mail so that they are aware how AIRTEL is cheating ppl.
