Sir,

I am not sure whether action will be taken on this kind of service/fraud by Airtel.

My Airtel DTH cust id:3006281726.

I have taken Dth connection for 7 months free package South Value Plus with Telugu regional pack.

But it was activated with Tamil regional Package.

I called customer care to de-activate tamil regional pack and activate telugu regional pack under South Value plus. But the cutomer executive has changed the whole package to South Super value.

I raised a complaint to revert to original package on Dec 12th. The resolution time is 48 hours.

Immediately after one or two days, my connection was suspended. I have called the customer care daily but nothing happened. I had a big fight with their supervisors and escalated to grievence dept.

It got resolved on 21st dec. But reduced the number of free months to only 5 months.

I got shocked with the fraud they are doing.

I raised a complaint on 24th to correct the issue with months. Again they suspended my connection.

When asked about the status of complaint they told it is resolved.

As a customer, i lost trust in Airtel totally, I want to get my money back.
