I think This airtel is cheating all customers with help of Virti group & connect india web site. When i go through internet i could find a lot complaints like mine.
My story is given below.
23.09.11 ; I have register for a DTH connection in airtel website.
24 .09-11 : I got a call from Mr. Yogidrasing (virti group) and he send me the following email & link for making the payment & promised me installation on 25th Evening.
But no installation happen & no contact from aitel /connect india.
25th & 26th I send emails to Airtel and Virti
27th (today) Airtel person called me and informed me virti group is their partner in giving connection and he will get back to me with in an hour after checking the status with Virti... But no reply yet.
