I have paid airtel money for dth connection. Connection got but not activated due to their technical mistake

I got a free activation kit from airtel dth on sony bravia purchase. They asked me to generate a account by calling airtel call centre, their technical officer gave me a wrong ID on which i reacharged. Now they are troubling me for the activation.
