Non Installation of Reliance Big TV DTH Connection

Two representatives from APPCO Markeing India Pvt. Ltd. came to my house on 09.10.2011 and offered me Reliance Big TV DTH Connection for Rs. 1490/- with four months free subscription. I purchased the connection and gave an a/c payee cheque of Rs. 1490/- to them. They told me that a person would install the connection within 7 working days.

Now more than 15 days has gone, no one came to install the connection. I spoke to one of the representatives name Mr. Akashdeep (007838825798), 3-4 times last week and he assured me the same will be done in 2-3 days. but now as a week has passed and Mr. Akashdeep is not replying to my phone.

I request you to please look into the matter please.
