Dear Sir/Madam,
We had booked reliance big tv through Appco Marketing (I) Pvt Ltd on 29th May but till date it is not installed. Provided landline nos. on application form (022-32222545/32222448/32222542/42449961/42449969) are not working.
During booking we gave the ICICI Bank Cheque no. 608814 amounting INR1490/- dated 29th May in favour of (APPCO Marketing (I) Pvt Ltd). Amount is debited to my account but till date the big tv is not installed.
Kindly refund the cheque amount, or else we need to sue you in court.
