Mr. Sitanshu sekhar panda representative of appco mktg. has visited home on 23.10.2010. took payment (Cheque no.503025 drawn on ICICI Bank, banjarahills, for Rs.2780/- ) for connection of two standard version of reliance big tv with 3 months subscription free for both tvs Gold pack, but connection was given to me after two months on 27.12 2010 after so much of follow up.

That too with two months subscription of bronze pack instead of 3 months gold pack. Now whenever i call them they don't lift the phone or say they will call back after 5 minutes and never turn up.

The engineers also collected Rs.400/- cash at the time of installation as lifetime activation of smart card.

when i call the reliance toll free number they say they are not responsible for connection taken from appco.

I am not able to understand how is this possible.
