Reliance Digital TV not received after cheque clearing also and nobody is responding from APPCO, simply neglacting with so many reasons

Dear Sir / Mam,

I have paid 1490/- rupees by cheque to APPCO marketing pvt ltd for purchase of Reliance Digital TV on 14-Mar. My cheque has been cleared also in two days but still I have not received dish TV. I have frequently called to sales agent-Mahesh and their hyderabad office and mumbai office also but nobody is responding and not receiving phone calls also. If sometimes somebody will receive phone call he will transfer call to third person and it will keep ringing for several minutes but nobody will respond. So many different reasons they will say and simply avoid discussions. Please sir, look in this matter and try to get my money back or dish TV .
