Sir, i m student of acet aligarh college code 109 affiliated to uptu lucknow, in my college we are charged with heavy fine..since college has criteria of 75%attendance so if college is charging fine at Rs1000 per percent.example, for 55% attendance we are fined for Rs20, 000.if not paid we are not ...
