Sir, i m student of acet aligarh college code 109 affiliated to uptu lucknow, in my college we are charged with heavy fine..since college has criteria of 75%attendance so if college is charging fine at Rs1000 per percent.example, for 55% attendance we are fined for Rs20, 000.if not paid we are not provided with our admit card..more than 50%students are fined..and hence arn't able to concentrate on studies..our college is affiliated from uptu lucknow..neither we are given receipt for what we are paying as fee to college.moreover neither we are returned back with our Rs5000 security deposited at time of admission..i hope u will surely look into the matter.
