Poor service to senior citizen
I am a saving bank PRIME A/C holder, senior citizen card holder of AXIS bank having my pension A/c . my a/c no. is 213010100169004 . I visisited twice to punjabi bagh branch in last 3 months, but could not get my pass book updated for their server down. Money could not be drawn on 1/9/10 at 10.15 ...
