Poor service to senior citizen

I am a saving bank PRIME A/C holder, senior citizen card holder of AXIS bank having my pension A/c . my a/c no. is 213010100169004 . I visisited twice to punjabi bagh branch in last 3 months, but could not get my pass book updated for their server down. Money could not be drawn on 1/9/10 at 10.15 AM as the server is down. NO monthly statements are being sent to Prime A/c HOLDERS till date. What is the use of giving SENIOR CITIZEN CARD, IF bank can not provide services? There is no care of customer delight, whenever servers are down. Are the bank employees not suppose to take care of A/c Holders during these hours or sit comfortably in their air conditioned office seats? v.k.chopra
