I am not recieving my Monthly Mobile Bill. I am just paying the bill on the basis of SMS recd on my cell. I had approached the BPL Shop for the same, but as per thier advice we are supposed to call on Helpline/ 198 & complaint for the same Its too difficult/complex & time consuming to call ...
