I am not recieving my Monthly Mobile Bill. I am just paying the bill on the basis of SMS recd on my cell.
I had approached the BPL Shop for the same, but as per thier advice we are supposed to call on Helpline/ 198 & complaint for the same
Its too difficult/complex & time consuming to call on Helpline/ 198,
Most of them thier line comes busy, If conected we need to brief the entire history everytime we spek to a person,
also difficult to get the right person for getting the issue to be resolved
Plz suggest if any other alternative is availble
