Dear Sir, I am a regular user of BSNL Call Now Card [ Kharagpur] . I have bought a call now card on dated 17/10 of Rs 1000/- and activated it on the same date. From dated 04/11 till dated 15/11, I could not call to USA. When I dial the code vide No- 1802 345, the reply came that “DOES NOT EXIST”. ...
