Dear Sir,
I am a regular user of BSNL Call Now Card [ Kharagpur] .
I have bought a call now card on dated 17/10 of Rs 1000/- and activated it on the same date.
From dated 04/11 till dated 15/11, I could not call to USA. When I dial the code vide
No- 1802 345, the reply came that “DOES NOT EXIST”.
But From dated 16/11 to till date when I dialed the above code vide no then reply comes that “THE BALANCE OF THE CARD IS RS 660/- and validity is till Jan’2010.“ and advising to dial the desired phone no and # at the end.
But after dialing the number and # the reply again comes that “NOT ACCESED TILL DATE”
I have complained so many times as below:-
1. Dated 04/12 Complaint No is : 3906001
2. Dated 06/12 Reminder against the above complaint no.
3. Dated 10/12 Contacted the deputy GM Kharagpur [ A&T ].
He advised to contact Mr Bipin [SDE Saltlake] and Mr Lokesh [JTO Saltlake, kolkata] but problem not solved after vigorous follow up.
Kindly look into the matter at an earliest as my age is 65yrs, and I have to call my daughter who is staying in USA.
