I have purchased CDMA (NIC Card) China made instrument for Phone no. 8643291997 from BSNL Office, Bapatla, guntur - D.T. Andhra Pradesh on may with Rs. 3188. It is not working since August I am requested the GM, Guntur to replace the instrument, but no use, moreever the GM, Guntur is not happy, ...
