I am a BSNL telephone subscriber from almost six years. My telephone (080-23620448)(Hno 108, 11A Cross, Bhuvaneshwarinagar, Hebbal-Kempapur) is dead almost 30 days now. I registered complaints over phone (docket no; 1541) which hardly yielded much result. The normal reply was "cable ...
