I am a BSNL telephone subscriber from almost six years. My telephone (080-23620448)(Hno 108, 11A Cross, Bhuvaneshwarinagar, Hebbal-Kempapur) is dead almost 30 days now. I registered complaints over phone (docket no; 1541) which hardly yielded much result. The normal reply was "cable fault". Whenever I am checking with officials, getting the same reply that "cable is cut and we are repairing it!!! “ But so far nothing has been done. I a contacting everybody in the department including Top Brass at Sahakarnagar and Coffee Board Layout Kempapur. Nobody is cared about the complaints here. The service is in such poor state that I just want to change to other pvt service provider. I am Using landline for accessing Internet for my official work and private work. Now I have to go to Internet Parlors every day and also have to pay the BSNL tariff of Rs1000 per month. Can this complaint will fall on deaf and dumb officials and expect any speedy action.
