Dear Sir, We have applied for Voter Card (address:80, lok vihar aptts, vikas puri, New Delhi-110018, Mb - 9818536662) & all the formalities had been completed in Sept'08.and we were informed that the Voter Cards would be delivered by Oct'08 end. All my neighbours received their Voter Cards but ...
