Voter card not received

Dear Sir,

We have applied for Voter Card (address:80, lok vihar aptts, vikas puri, New Delhi-110018, Mb - 9818536662) & all the formalities had been completed in Sept'08.and we were informed that the Voter Cards would be delivered by Oct'08 end.

All my neighbours received their Voter Cards but me and my mother are yet to receive the same. We both are registered voters and our name was also present in the voting list in the last assembly elections and in fact, i even voted. The polling date is in April, so kindly arrange to do the needful & i humbly request you to arrange to deliver the same at the earliest.
