I am using broadband connection from five network, in mumbai, i have enroled myself in "AS 1540 kbps (1536kbps)" plain. In this plath they promise speeds of 1536 kbps, and upload speed of 50% (768 kbps), but they only provide speeds of 800 to 1000 kbps for download, this is total cheating ...
