Cheating From Fivenetwork

I am using broadband connection from five network, in mumbai, i have enroled myself in "AS 1540 kbps (1536kbps)" plain.

In this plath they promise speeds of 1536 kbps, and upload speed of 50% (768 kbps), but they only provide speeds of 800 to 1000 kbps for download, this is total cheating on there part, inspite of repeated complain to their franchisee "Arihant Network" Mr Amol Shah, they have not cared to reply or solve the problem.

I caution all the users current and future users of fivenetwork to keep away from their services as they are doing this type of cheating in all their plans they only provide 50% of the promised speeds and charge full amount
