Hi, This travel agency is totally fraud. The owner is Jyotin Doshi having several branch across India. We Had booked a tour with Gem Travel to Dubai paying full amount much in advance. And we received a phone call a week in advance suggesting there is problem in visa and you can take your refund. ...
