Unjustified rate increase in Flats after booking
GPL builder has first took bookings in 2009 and did not even start the construction. Now the rates are high so builder has turned greedy and is asking to pay as per current rates for the area increased in the flat. This is totally fraud and not abiding by the their terms. ...
