No response to our call even after complaining so many times
Smart card number 200655247476. call is been made several times since the set top box turns of automatically when the tv is running. Once we switch on the set top box it turns off and on several times and it keeps on doing the same thing. Spoken to several people on 25-5-11, 1-6-11, 11-6-11, ...
