Smart card number 200655247476. call is been made several times since the set top box turns of automatically when the tv is running. Once we switch on the set top box it turns off and on several times and it keeps on doing the same thing. Spoken to several people on 25-5-11, 1-6-11, 11-6-11, 18-6-11 and the complaint num: 154543932. please make sure that you send somebody or please cancel the connection if you people cant rectify the problem. This is not the way to treat the customers. You people speak all good things at the time of purchasing and is this the kind of service you (RELIANCE BEING A MULTI MILLIONAIRE) are providing. If some thing happenes you will tell the amount well and good in advance and the same way your service should also be. Every time your people will tell to contact customer care 1800 200 9001 but where is the response. If we ask for seniors they tell they cant connect. If we tell them to call back they tell no out going. This is not customer service. I want immediate response for this other wise please give your senior mail id or contact num i will speak to them.
