I have a US purchase Laptop (dv6000 series). I bought it in July. Its out of warrenty now. I got a problem with the motherboard. I requested for replacing the motherboard (paid service) on 21st Oct. They have not yet given me the serviced laptop saying Motherboard out of stock as out of country ...
